we are running a strict appointment system for the foreseeable future to avoid more than one customer in the cattery parking area at a time. We will agree a 15 minute window at a mutually convenient time.
Due to the current corona virus situation we are unable to allow customers into the cattery buildings and we will instead collect your cat from your car.

WE WILL BE OPEN FOR BOARDING ALL YEAR, EVERY DAY, BUT WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES ON 24th, 25th,26th,31st December and 1st JANUARY
OR ON OTHER BANK HOLIDAYS

SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you collect your cat before the end of the booked stay period then the whole period booked will be charged for.
Should you need to cancel your booking then we will return your deposit if we are able to fill your booking with another client.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT CATS ARE TRANSPORTED IN SAFE CARRIERS FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL.
We also suggest giving a little thought to your cat's journey, we'd recomend a vet bed to sit on as they take any "accidental" fluids away from the cat and don't leave them sitting in it! If your cat is travel sick it may be better to not feed your cat before it's journey, we like to give all of our guests a little something when they arrive to settle them in.
